The project called for a temporary pavilion that could host a dinner for the students and their guests. To establish a dialogue between the ritual of dinning and the context, we choose the site underneath the OC Transpo commuter train bridge, which spans the Rideau River. As the diners eat and converse over, they are interrupted by the commuter train that rattles overhead.
